How long does delivery take?
Orders within Colombo and the suburbs arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Island-wide delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over LKR 10,000. Below that, a flat fee of LKR 450 applies anywhere in Sri Lanka.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available island-wide. You can also pay by card or bank transfer at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your courier tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view your orders in My Account.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the fit and a link to our size guide with body measurements in centimetres. If you are between sizes, our team is happy to help.
Do kids’ sizes run true to age?
Yes. Our kids’ clothes are cut true to age with a little room to grow.
Returns and exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability, but are not eligible for a refund.
